| November Board Meeting Minutes Nov. 8, 2011 |
The Grant Township meeting was called to order by Supervisor Wooden at 7:00 P.M. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all.
Present were: Supervisor Wooden, Treasurer Vallance, Acting Clerk Schaefer, Trustee Hart and Trustee Churchill. Clerk Hempenstall was absent. A
quorum was present. 4 residents were in attendance.
Additions to Agenda:
None
A motion was made by Trustee Churchill to approve the agenda as presented. Supported by Trustee Hart and approved by all. Motion carried.
Approval of Minutes
Trustee Churchill noted that there was a correction to be made to the minutes. A motion was made by Trustee Hart to approve the corrected minutes of
October 11, 2011. Supported by Trustee Churchill and approved by all. Motion carried.

Treasurer's Report
Treasurer Vallance reported on the following:
Approval of Treasurer's Report
A motion was made by Trustee Hart to approve the Treasurer's report as presented. Supported by Trustee Churchill and approved by all. Motion carried.

There was nothing pertaining to Grant Twp. to report.
Public Comment:
There was no public comment.
Old Business:
Newsletter - Trustee Churchill presented the newsletter she had drafted. Each topic was looked over for corrections and changes. Dates were confirmed.
Following discussion it was agreed that the newsletter, with the changes, would be printed and mailed with the December taxes.
New Business:
Diane Gandolfi, Assessor
Assessor Gandolfi stated that the Board of Review dates will be Dec. 13, 2011, at 9 A.M. Assessor Gandolfi stated a concern with having alternates at the
Board of Review meetings. Following discussion, it was decided that the Board of Review would decide among themselves how to utilize the alternates.
Pay Bills
A motion was made by Trustee Hart to approve the monthly bills. Supported by Trustee Churchill and approved by all. Motion carried.
Adjourn
A motion to adjourn the Grant Township monthly meeting at 8:10 P.M. was made by Trustee Hart. Supported by Treasurer Vallance and approved by all.
Motion carried.

- Hall - spoke with Jody Freeman. She was unaware of the storage room break in, however she was aware of the garbage. She states that she left a
message on Sharon's home phone stating that the garbage was there however she no longer had the key. She apologized.
Treasurer's Report
Treasurer Vallance reported on the following:
- Municipal Money Market cash on hand as of Sept. 30, 2011 - $33,069,65. October deposits total $2,229.24. Transfers to General Checking
$18,140.00. The Balance on hand as of October 31, 2011 - $17,158.89. - General Fund Checking cash on hand as of Sept. 30, 20121 - $1.71. September deposits total $18,140.10. Total disbursements - $18,140.70. The
balance on hand as of October 31, 2011 - $1.11. - Investments on deposit as of Sept. 30, 2011 - $162,391.51. Interest earned $178.01. Balance on hand as of October 31, 2011 - $162,569.52. Total
Worth as of October 31, 2011 - $179,720.52.
