The Grant Township meeting was called to order by Supervisor Wooden at 7:00 P.M.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all.
Present: Supervisor Wooden, Treasurer Vallance, Clerk Hempenstall, Trustee Hart and Trustee Churchill. A quorum was present. 7 residents were in
attendance.
A motion was made by Treasurer Vallance to approve the agenda as presented, supported by Trustee Churchill and approved by all. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Treasurer Vallance to approve the minutes from July 13, 2010, supported by Trustee Churchill and approved by all. Motion carried.
Clerk's Report:
Clerk Hempenstall reported on the following:
A motion was made by Treasurer Vallance to approve the clerk's report, supported by Trustee Churchill and approved by all. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Trustee Hart to accept the Treasurer's report, supported by Trustee Churchill and approved by all. Motion carried.

Clerk Hempenstall made a motion to pay the monthly bills as presented for $19,239.37 and also to include the PIE&G monthly bill when received.
Supported by Trustee Churchill and approved by all. Motion carried.

A motion was made by Treasurer Vallance to approve the clerk's report, supported by Trustee Churchill and approved by all. Motion carried.
Treasurer's Report:
Treasurer Vallance reported on the following:
- Municipal Money Market cash on hand $57,899.20. July deposits total $14,275.42. Transfers to General Checking $11,970.00. The balance on
hand as of July 31, 2010 $60,204.62. - General Fund Checking cash on hand $46.73. July deposits total $11,970.00. July disbursements total $12,010.05 and $122.,26, totaling
$12,132.31. The balance on hand as of July 31, 2010 $6.80. - Investments on Deposit $158,785.97, with a total worth of $218,997.39.
A motion was made by Trustee Hart to accept the Treasurer's report, supported by Trustee Churchill and approved by all. Motion carried.
